The apartment was lovely but the pool freezing cold and the tiling around it really slippery when wet. The staff are friendly and very attentive to whatever you need whilst you are staying there. The apartment was spotless and really well furnished with everything we needed. It is very easily walkable with 5 mins directly to the V&A waterfront via the One and Only Hotel. I have only knocked off a star for Communication because they didn’t respond to any messages via Expedia but as soon as I emailed directly I received a reply within hours. Staff were friendly as well. The staff are available 24/7 and so helpful. Parking is in a secure garage. There are key cards for moving in and out of the property so very safe. It is a 5 min walk to the marina area and 5 min more to the VA Waterfront. So many dining and shopping options nearby that our car stayed parked for the entire time. The apartment is not huge but perfect for 2 people. It had a beautiful large balcony overlooking the canals, a nice seating/dining area inside and a small kitchen with washer/dryer. Linens/bedding/towels all very nice, bed was very comfortable and bathroom quite large.
