However; there are a few issues that prevents me from giving 5 stars. The AC wasn’t working properly therefore our room was hot. The parking situation to get to and from the rooftop was quite a task, the parking elevator was not working; there was black stuff between the tiles in the shower- a little bleach would take care of that and finally the food on the 2nd floor was somewhat subpar. Nonetheless; the was wonderful and professional at all times. Special shoutout to the group at the pool bar. The location of the hotel is great and we really appreciate the recommendations that were given to us- we visited almost all of them. Staff is friendly, especially at the restaurant. There are no major issues with the stay but several areas could be improved. First, the double bed was made of two small single beds. It is not very comfortable because of the gap in the middle. The very reason I booked Pullman is that I had good stay in other countries with comfortable beds but it was disappointing. Also, the room is quite small for a five star hotel. On the last day, some staff were upgrading the card access system on the door without prior notice. When I was doing my work in the hotel room, suddenly some people knocked the door twice and before I could answer the door, they started to open the door and test the card access. This is extremely unpleasant. There are other minor issues during my five day stay here.
