This hotel does not have an elevator. There are 2 small flights of stairs which is OK but very inconvenient when you have 5 pieces luggage to get up to the room. I asked for help since there was no designated bellhop

Nice hotel
Very nice hotel - looks like it might be more set up for business conferences - but was extremely clean an comfortable only drawback was no lift so if your on the upper level it’s a bit of a drag getting the luggage up and down the stairs.

When you book through Expedia with this property allow for more than 2 hr for the reservation to go through. The guy at the counter had to charge my credit card for a separate stay then reimburse me—and he did. Very profession the front desk guy!

City Lodge is great with the most hospitable staff. Everyone is very friendly and willing to assist. The following of is excellent and the kitchen staff are the best. The room is very clean and the staff comes daily to clean and change sheets. I will come again!

Christmas break
As per usual our stay was amazing as expected. Friendly staff, clean facilities and good food! It is a holistic holiday experience and one of my favourite spots to break away too.

Our stay was amazing, yet the only problem we experienced was that we do not get fresh towels everyday. Then used my own towels as the hotel towels were starting to smell as we were in a smoking room.

Fantastic Hotel in a Great Location
This is a great hotel located on the casino property with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Rooms got cleaned daily with great detail and were very comfortable. Most value was the breakfast. This was one of the best from all my travels. Just too many choices of hot and cold continental breakfast options.

Great find!
Looking for a hotel at the last minute as the airport hotel we were staying in couldn’t get our room cooler than 70 degrees! This place is fabulous and a great bargain. Beautiful grounds and dining area, comfortable and quiet . Will definitely stay again
