Accessible room very clean but we wanted 2 singles not a 5' double bed. Pillows quickly flattened although extras were supplied as soon as requested, Shower facility not really suitable even for an ambulant person, everything high up and out of reach while seated, also in wrong place for a carer to use. Great idea to have free coffee machine on each floor with good coffee! Breakfast and dinner were very good. Service everywhere was prompt and smiley. Great value and would certainly recommend Sky hotel.

The room was clean and staff very friendly. I booked the room for a week, after three days I asked to have my room cleaned. They can and changed out my towels but didn't changed my bed linens. But they did straight the bed up. Everything else was great especially the people at the front desk .
