The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. "Check in was nice quick and easy staff was great room was good for the price bed was a litfle hard for my liking (i like a softish bed) but only stayed 1 night so was ok only downfal is no aircon there is a aircon unit but it dosnt really call the air it just regulats the air "
