Welcome to this spacious 2.5 bedroom apartment (90 m2), very bright, air-conditioned and with a magnificent panoramic sea view from Cap d'Antibes to the Iles de Lérins that can be enjoyed from the large terrace. Situated very near to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The furnished terraces are ideal for having breakfast or a romantic dinner with the sunset. Put down your suitcases, park your car in the secure garage, and enjoy your vacation! Perfect for 4 people (+ 1 baby).

Spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment close to the golden sandy beach of Juan les Pins. The apartment is on the top floor with a parking space and 2 large terraces one of 20m2 (sea view) and and one of 35m2 with a view of the Vallauris hills.
The apartment consists of:
- a large and spacious living room with sofa and dining table, with access to the sea terrace, flat screen TV, Netflix and dining area.
- an open kitchen with the same sea view, fully equipped with electric hob, extractor, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils,
