Welcome to this spacious 2.5 bedroom apartment (90 m2), very bright, air-conditioned and with a magnificent panoramic sea view from Cap d'Antibes to the Iles de Lérins that can be enjoyed from the large terrace. Situated very near to the beaches, shops and restaurants. The furnished terraces are ideal for having breakfast or a romantic dinner with the sunset. Put down your suitcases, park your car in the secure garage, and enjoy your vacation! Perfect for 4 people (+ 1 baby).

- an open kitchen with the same sea view, fully equipped with electric hob, extractor, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils,
