GETTING TO THE PROPERTY From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8. From Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car or 16 minutes on foot. Need a transfer? WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD The apartment is located in the central Palm Beach district, only 3 minutes’ walk from La Croisette and its beaches, between Rue d’Antibes and Port Canto. The location offers direct access to Cannes’ iconic spots while remaining convenient for daily life. \- Public and private beaches: 3-minute walk.
