"Nice location to get around in Banff. Parking was supposed to be included and wasn't. Kinda disappointing as we thought we had it all included. Would have picked a different hotel that had it included if we would have known prior to getting there. Construction next door, so early hammering in the morning. I feel they should have that in the add as well. So people are aware prior to booking the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. Quality of the food in the restaurant was very average, service was horrible. Had one breakfast there and decided due to service we would go elsewhere the next day."

"I was very impressed with the interior of the cabin. I did find the mattress to be quite hard. The cabin we stayed in was close to the highway which I mean something has to be close to the highway so it was noisy with trains and big heavy trucks during the night, but it wasn’t all night it sort of came in waves. But the cabin was very well maintained really clean had all the amenities needed lighting, hot water, towels, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, appliances. It was great. Each cabin had its own fire pit and wood was available if you needed it. Staff was friendly."

Bus pass was included in our stay which made accessing downtown so easy and removed the stress and cost of parking downtown. The bus runs frequently and is a very quick trip.
