"Very comfortable b&b with excellent breakfasts. Aldo is very charming and helpful and gave us many suggestions on how to get around on the bus as well as excellent restaurant recommendations. The renovations to the building are well executed with old stonework and wood beam ceilings integrated into all the modern commodities. The location is excellent, close to the port for ferries to the islands as well as easy access to buses for Erice."

"Beautiful place, modern and spacious rooms, nice pool, and great location - walking distance to the Center and easily at the beach within 5 min by bike. Gianna was the most sweet and kind host and gave the best tips for each day. "
"Hotel located on edge of town, 10 minute walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to ferry. Friendly, helpful front-line staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Mechanical problems in room were quickly rectified by staff. "

Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest alternative is 25 mins walk.the owners really need to ensure customers ate advised before booking.
