"I booked this resort three months in advance for my birthday getaway and also coordinated accommodations for my four cousins, so I was extremely disappointed when the room I originally selected was not available upon arrival. I specifically paid for an ocean-side view with a king-size bed, but instead my only options were either a king bed facing the inside of the resort or a double-bed ocean view located above the restaurant with an obstructed view. This resort was chosen based on the online reviews and photos, but the actual experience did not match the expectations that were advertised. The property appeared unkept in several areas, and the restaurant and food options were very limited for a resort stay. There were also maintenance and room assignment issues during our visit. The toilet in my bathroom leaked throughout the stay, and another reservation in our group specifically requested double beds for four people but was instead given two rooms with king-size beds, creating a very uncomfortable arrangement. The one bright spot of this experience was our butler, Armando. Armando went above and beyond to assist us, address concerns, and help salvage what could have been a completely ruined birthday trip. His professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness were truly appreciated and made the biggest difference during our stay. Unfortunately, because of the overall condition of the resort, the room issues, and the lack of proper accommodations, I would not recommend ."

"Food was excellent I was really surprised. Especially food in portofino and oceana restaurants. Way too good. Rooms are a little old but the resort has a nice vibe. Only problem is beach is not swimmable. I did not get a good room (with a view), even after booking well in advance. I got the most corner room. Felt like the room was out of the restort and facing the other way."

"I have stayed at over 100 hotels in 6 years. This is your typical timeshare over promising under delivering horrible customer service (and food) I was here for emergency medical treatment and booked last minute. My husband had to join me unexpectedly and everything I was promised for doing their 3 hour time share presentation wasn’t delivered. When he arrived he paid 4 days for food. (We were already planning on leaving) mid day day 4 they locked him out of the room stating he didn’t pay. Next day I went to my medical treatment and he went and found other accommodations. (Paid another day for no reason because they locked us out again) housekeepers were great. Tipped them $20 each visit. Mgt extremely horrible. "

"Excellent location, very clean, quiet spacious rooms! Excellent staff, very helpful making reservations via concierge! Lovely pools, fantastic gym! Clean beautiful sand on beach! Thought there could be more adult activity w volleyball, water sports etc. They did have excellent water aerobic classes to music. Would definitely stay here again!"

"i’ve stayed at bad all-inclusives before and almost never did it again due to bad food and cleanliness issues at other resorts in the past. THIS PLACE RESTORED MY FAITH. I 100% would come back. I’m writing this for other people who are like me who heavily rely on real reviews and are also extra cautious when it comes to food and cleanliness while on vacation. This place was amazing! Cleanliness was 10/10 the smallest details inside and outside the room were so clean it felt comfortable to actually sleep in the sheets and usually I’m weird and lay my own blankets over bed covers to sleep in hotels. I actually felt comfortable enough to enjoy the bed and it was also so comfy! Food was good for an all inclusive too- the coffee shop made great coffee! I can’t recommend this place enough. I will only come back here when in Cabo"
