The staff are incredibly attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming, making the whole experience feel truly special. "From arrival to departing. Best service and experience with all the staff. Greeted with a smile, glass of juice. Front desk were very helpful on istanbul tours. Chose 3 tours were informative and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Catering team 10/10. The porter we had was the best always looking after us. Our cleaners cleaned our room spotless. Thanks to all at Titanic City Hotel Taksim Management and staff, we will be back again."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. It is in a quiet street but very close to the centre of town. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. The breakfast was phenomenal. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful weekend away from the bustle of Istanbul. "
