Kumsal Butik Otel’de fiyatlar normaldi. Genel olarak güzeldi diyebilirim. Ancak girişte kötü bir koku vardı ve temizlik konusunda yetersizdi. 3 gün boyunca odada temizlik yapılmadı. Sabah kahvaltısının aşağıda olacağını sanmıştık, fakat bilgi verilmedi. Masada kimse yoktu birine sorduğumda kahvaltının başka bir yerde olduğunu öğrendik, bu yüzden biraz geç kaldık. Samimiyet konusunda da eksiklik hissettik.

4 gün 3 gece konakladık. Çok ilgili bir işletmeydi. 2 ayrı odanın balkon manzarası, odanın temizliği ve büyüklüğü gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı oda kahvaltı değil açık büfeydi Buda güzel olan bir diğer durumdu :) Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz.

Hotel çok güzel bir konumda, vapurlardan iner inmez 5 dk ya hotele varıyorsunuz. Murat bey konaklamamıza bisiklet kiralamıza her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, Murat bey’e misafir perliğinden dolayı çok çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltı büyükada port hotelde alabiliyorsunuz, denize sıfır bir konuma açık büfe şeklinde. Gayet yeterli ve güzel ortamdı. Odalardan bahsedecek olursak çok temiz zaten yeni yenilenmiş odalar. Biz kısacası annem ile bayıldık. Güzel bir haftasonu tatili için ideal bir hotel.

Konum itibariyle gayet iyiydi aile konaklamasina uygun, ilk gittigimiz odada kapi bozuk oldugu icin odamiz degistirildi, yeni odadan cok memnun kaldik, resepsiyon bolumu hep bos, odada cay kahve imkani yok bunlarin disinda memnun kaldik herhangi bir sorun olmadi

İnstagram fotoğraflarına aldanıp rezervasyon yaptırdık. Oraya gittiğimizde duşa kabin kırıktı , yatak arızalıydı. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar kirliydi kendi havlumuzu serdik. İnternet yoktu , internette sıkıntı olduğunu belirtmemize rağmen internetsiz kaldık. Konumu iyiydi sadece. Bi daha gitmem.

Gayet güzeldi özellikle merkeze yakın olması en güzeliydi otel ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve samimiydiler sadece yatak da problem vardı değiştirilirse mükemmel olur

Temizlik berbatti. Odalarda prizler lambalar buz dolabı televizyon çalışmıyordu. Daha düşük ucretli olan oteller bile bu otelden çok çok iyi. Genel olarak hayal kırıklığı.

Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Bahçeli olması bizi çok cezbetti. Tek memnun kalmadığımız durum temizliği. Çk iyi temizlenmemişti. Kahvaltısının port hotel de yapılması ayrı bi güzeldi. Tekrardan tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

Guzel mekan. Odalar sanirim yeni boyanmis. Bi koku koyulabilir odaya. Boya kokusu agirdi biraz. Onun disinda kahvaltisi calisanlari iyi. Dolap icleri biraz tozluydu. Yatak carsaf vs temiz. Tekrar gidilir.

Les tarifs sont très attractifs (surtout pour les îles aux Princes) et la localisation est parfaite (à 5 mn de l’embarcadère, en face d’une très jolie maison en bois), la façade de l’hôtel est engageante. Mais l’état général de l’hôtel est consternant : les chambres sont très sales (nous en avions 2), ce qui est rarissime en Turquie, très inconfortables (odeurs de tabac -alors que les chambres sont censées être non-fumeur, pas de lampe de chevet,´pas de cintre, oreillers défoncés...), les équipements sont vétustes voire endommagés (pas de pommeau de douche, lunettes des WC cassées), le ménage n’est pas fait, on n’a pas de bouteille d’eau ni de couverture à disposition, ni téléphone, l’accueil à la réception est assez glacial, le check in se fait avec 1h de retard, les chambres sont très mal insonorisées... Bref notre séjour n’a pas du tout correspondu à ce qui était proposé dans l’annonce.

normalde nasıl bilmiyorum fakat, şu sıra pek kalınabilir değil. hafta içi gittik, sabah 9'da yan binada matkaplı, çekiçli tadilat başlıyor, odalar pis, gerçekten pis. pek önemli değil ama telefon çalışmıyor, sabun ve şampuanlar elle tekrar doldurulmuş üstünde yazan şey yok içinde, kedi konusunda hassassanız, sabahları arka bahçesinden kedi çığlıkları ve kokusuyla uyanıyorsunuz, geleceğimizden kimsenin haberi yoktu, tek bir kişi vardı girişte sağolsun idare etti sadece. biz önermiyoruz.

Standart oda olarak almıştık fakat boş yer olduğu için deniz manzaralı odayı verdiler. 3 gün konakladık çok temizdi gayet memnun kaldık. Kötü yorumları dikkate almamanızı tavsiye ederim.
