A really welcoming hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff and a first class breakfast. We stayed here for the Challenge Almere triathlon and it all worked out perfectly. Would 100% recommend

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. All in all a fabulous stay and would recommend for...

good

Easy upgrade upon arrival. Great internal decoration. Modern and clean.

Really nice hotel, and lovely staff

Very close to Schipol airport and train station which is great for travelling by train during stay. The shuttle service was very reliable and most of the day ran every 15 mins or 30 mins at latest. Drivers helped you with luggage. Having stayed in Amsterdam a few times, this was the best shuttle service for an airport hotel. Hotel was very clean and room was excellent.had a good selection of tv programmes. Decent size fridge and coffee machine. The toiletries were also good quality. The shower...

Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. We had big bottles of shampoo, shower gel and hand wash which was great and also free bottles of water provided. The shower was great and the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve slept in. Our location for our trip was...

It’s the perfect spot in Amsterdam

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. Definitely I’m...

The most helpful aspect was the half hourly included shuttle service to the airport which started early and kept going until almost midnight. Very friendly drivers.

Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff

I really can't fault this hotel at all. It was definitely one of the best I've been to. The staff were very helpful, the location was perfect and the room was amazing. One ten minute train ride and you're right in the centre. Couldn't be any easier. I was concerned before I visited as many other reviews complained about the screen that controls the room in many ways, as it didn't work for them for whatever reason. But for me it worked perfectly fine. It was simple to use and was always...

Hotel was beautiful. Only 2 minutes from the metro station and only a short ride into the centre. Will definitely be booking this hotel again next year.

I stayed in Hyatt Place with my 2 friends and had a wonderful time. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. Good options in breakfast. Nice shuttle facility from and to Schipol airport. Amazing from hygiene point of view.
