"A traditional English pub set in the village green in this beautiful village. Walkable to Aysgarth Falls. Great value pub food and nice staff. Overall a lovely stop off for us on the way up to the Scottish Highlands."
"Staff are excellent and very friendly. Stayed in the Bond room, was ok but a bit tacky. Bathroom ok but not at the rating of 5 star. Food was quite expensive for what it was. Parking is difficult and fills very quickly Due to layout and way people park."

The proprietors were so welcoming and kind, helping me to my room with my luggage. My room was comfortable, nicely decorated and the bathroom clean with nice toiletries.
The food in the pub was good, and the service was friendly and efficient.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and would certainly stay there again if I’m in the area."
