"Our room does not have a mini fridge and phone as it is included in our booked room. Called the front desk using my cellphone. Staff advised us that the room is newly renovated so the items are not complete and to talk to the manager the following day. Lucky enough he found a mini fridge for us to use. The stay was pleasant. Just the amenities inside the room are incomplete."

Cons: No air-conditioning, fans only. The closet still had vintage carpets that had an odor, we were unable to put our cloths in it. Tiny countertop ice maker in the lobby for ice.
We would stay here again. The property is very well maintained and clean. We stayed in the smallest room which did not have a mini fridge ir microwave. Next time we will stay in Bachelor style room that comes with those.
