"While the exterior of the building is still going through refurbishing and looks a bit dated, the inside has been nicely updated. The room was secure, spacious, and clean. The location was nicely located between bus stops for easy access. Asian food of all nations is within 2 to 15 min walking distance. A Safeway supermarket and liquor store are 10 min walk. Metrotown mall with a Walmart and Oakridge Park mall (Tiffany, LV, Dior, etc), are both within 15 to 20 min Bus ride. The cruise port and airport are both about a 30 to 45 min Lyft or Uber ride for around $30US. The staff at the hotel is absolutely outstanding."

"My room was clean,and quiet, and had air conditioning, and a fridge. The kitchen was reasonably clean, and the host was kind enough to supply 2% milk, and she told another couple to go upstairs, through the laundry room door, to get cereal if they wanted. My bed was very comfortable, but warm mattress. This property is very easy to access transit, and navigate the city. It's about a 5 min walk from 29th Ave and knight, and there is a grocery store at 25th and knight."

"The communication from the host was excellent, professional, courteous, fast and very responsive. The suite was clean, spacious and comfortable for a group of 4. The surrounding area is a tad sketchy but that's not within the control of the host."

"We had the whole upper part of the house with a fenced private yard with tables, chairs, gazebo, barbecue, and propane heater. The house is in a very quiet, beautiful area and we went walking quite a bit. The host was very easy to communicate with. There is a Safeway and a Starbucks within four minute drive so it was very convenient. There is also a Chinese market about a minute drive away. It was very comfortable staying here."

"The property is located not too far of a drive to the places we had planned to visit within Vancouver (Vancouver Aquarium, Museum of Anthropology, Science World, VanDusen Botanical Garden, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Canada Place, Gastown, Stanley Park, Metropolis at Metrotown). It was also an easy drive to Whistler and White Rock, BC from the place. The property management was responsive when I asked questions during our stay. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would come back here again - very highly recommended!"
