Location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. However, We did find the kitchen needs a deep cleaning. You need to wash everything prior to using. There is air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom but they are portable units which are extremely loud and can not be run at night if you want to sleep. Family that were staying with us reported the front room mattress is in very rough shape.
