"We had an excellent experience. The staff was very kind and helped us with suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Right in front of the hotel is the bus stop that takes you to the Golden Gate, and everything is close by. The airport pickup was a bit confusing since the pickup point is at the hotel across the street called Riu. Overall, we found everything lovely. We’re coming back in July and will stay here again."

They have a fun coffee machine available 24x7 in their cozy “living room” with couches, comfortable chairs, and a fireplace. There is a restaurant right next-door and parking, not very far away at the Embarcadero garages. The property is pet friendly and incredibly reasonable for the city. What’s not to like? I guarantee you we will be going back to this property again. The next time we have business in the financial district in San Francisco. "
