"Great location. Easy walk through a lovely park to get to the main road and to the old town area. Staff helpful and breakfast was good with lots of choices. Perfect before going on a cruise."

"We stayed in a family room on the first floor which was spacious and clean with a sea view. The furnishing in general was adequate but quite dated. This was reflected throughout the hotel. The bath was rusty which meant we relied on the shower which was good. The balcony door wasn’t secure with a flimsy catch. The radiator although not used was very rusty in need of maintenance. The decoration in the public areas was better in general it felt like the hotel needed a refurb"

"Due to a sad incident at a festival it was cancelled and book Burley Manor last minute and late at night. The staff on arrival were so welcoming. I loved my room, and the lounges the hotel offered. Waking to the views was delightful. Overall, I had a great stay."
