"Not a good relaxing place to be at!!!
Room service needs to be called multiple times if there’s a problem in the room like the clogged bathroom sink in our case.
Overwhelming packed pools, beach lounge chairs are limited and if you want to have a lounge near the shore, you have to rent umbrellas and chairs.
Food was average we ended up going out for food or using uber eats.
They have one restaurant that needs reservation but we ended up moving our reservation from a Tuesday to Thursday but the staff doesn’t speak English we ended up loosing our reservation which was a bit annoying and we already planned ahead we ended up again going downtown to have dinner.
Krystal Vallarta is a waste of money!

"My stay was excellent, from the staff at the front desk to the amazing BED ! It was so comfortable, my body just melted. I had a great stay overall, the pool was amazing and the free washing machine was the best, went home with no dirty wet laundry. Thank you Holiday Inn Puerto Vallarta for your hospitality. "

"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad.
En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja.
Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días.
En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."
