At check out, William was super helpful in helping us work out how and when to go to Seoul station for the airport train - we happened to be checking out on the day of the BTS concert, and so were concerned about various road closures, availability of taxis and the crowds. With his help we were able to take our luggage by taxi in the morning to the station and leave it in a luggage storage place located above the AREX train. Which meant no hassle when we came to leave the city early evening. A great stay - would stay again!"
