Overall a very nice room, only downside is the air conditioning is limited to 23•c in the room so it can be a bit warm. Bed also extremely hard.

Friendly staff

Very clean and friendly staff. So close to the south gate market. Great breakfast. We stayed there one day rainy day. Hotel provided for umbrellas. It was nice and thankful.

This is a fantastic location, behind namdaemun gate & market on one side and City Hall & insadong in the other. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and hygienic environment. Hotel offers own tours and food options besides assisting with airport taxi calls too. Definitely a recommend!!!

Great location, with City Hall Station nearby, as well as Myeongdong and Namdaemun Market about 15 minutes away on foot. Room was spacious and clean. Towels get changed frequently, and the room has a refrigerator, which gets stocked with bottled water daily. There is a WowPass machine on the ground floor, so you can either buy a WowPass or top it up. There are also washing machines and dryers on site. Wonderful place to stay as a base in Seoul.

Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants.

Quick stop in Seoul

I arrived late from Taiwan and didn't make it to the hotel until around 10:40pm. It's easy to spot from the street as it has a big sign on the top of the building. From the front it looks really nice and luxurious. The reception is on the 11th floor, so I guess the hotel doesn't occupy the first 10 levels. The staff were nice and friendly and the check-in was quick. My room was on the 20th floor and it had a nice view. The room itself was quite big with all the amenities you need. They even provide a face mask to freshen up. The bed was big and comfy and I slept well. There's a convenience store next door, which is very convenient. It's also very centrally located if you need to explore the city or head to Seoul station or city Hall station. Overall I had a very pleasant stay here. I would recommend it.

家族旅行でいつもお世話になっています。 親子3人、部屋は清潔でお風呂も日本式で使いやすいです！ 部屋が普通のホテルより狭いのでスーツケースを広げたら歩くスペースはありません。 他は文句がないのですが、ゆったり使いたい方には大変かもしれません。タクシーやハイヤーを乗る時とホテルの前までベタ付できるので楽ですし、 ホテルの近隣は食事できるところが沢山ありますので便利です。
