"We loved our room on the 26th floor looking down towards the river. The only setback was that when arriving by train, having to carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs at Gongdeok Station."

Check out at 11:00am, no late check out will charge even request extra 1 hour. The room temperature was very hot to us, we were hard ly to breathe. The thermostat setting max 24 degree Celsius and you need the room key to activate. Every time we went out come back the cooler restarted again then it take...
