I would thoroughly recommend it for business visits. I do not recommend it for tourist visits. I had a lovely stay there and I found it challenging to get tourist information (what buses to catch etc) the staff were very helpful and tried their best. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent. Pool is nice and the staff was extremely helpful.
