Hotel is a throw back to the good old days and is super cute. Room was clean and comfortable, could have used a chair in the room, also didn’t have a blow dryer ( will remember for next time). They are in the middle of remodeling but didn’t bother us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Buffalo.

Might want to pass on this hotel .

We checked in at 4 pm . Bed was reasonably clean . There was a spill against the door and wall which looked like coke . There was that faint cigarette smell . Not too bad as there were no carpets .Photo included . When we came back at 11 pm , there were two people in the bed , 2 big dogs and beer and food around the bed . We went to the front desk and they said that the hotel was full . We chose to leave . Hotels.com was quick to give us our money back .

Well the TV didn’t have a remote.. I went to office for remote, they gave me one, I told them it wasn’t the rt one, plus when I got to the room it had no battery’s… made 2 more trips to office… and they came to room… of course HE couldn’t get it to work… cuz it was the wrong one… and I had to wait till the next afternoon for a TV… Room was clean… no ice machine… (cu of “winter”)……overall just average place to stay..

We rented a room for two, we had to keep using one towel for both of us to shower as they never had towels clean to give us? The tub was terrible, like someone was going to redo it and left it undone and the shower head spit water at you. The light in the bathroom was completely rusted The tv didn’t work in the room. When we checked out, he opened his hand for the key and never said a word.

Refrigerator had rotting food in it. Microwave and stove top were dirty. No trash cans in room. One half used roll of toilet paper in window sill. No shower curtain. Windows left open in room and bathroom with a/c off. No dead bolt. Inside of door was damaged. Grease stains on bed sheets. Grease stains on walls.

It was the worst hotel. I checked in early went to a wedding. Went to my room about 12 am went to go in there were people in the room called front office gave me another room walked in it was dirty and smelled like urine walked out handed key in drop box. Never stayed put complaint into Expedia waiting to see if I get a refund. This place is disgusting 😡. Will never stay there ever.

The 1st room they assigned me, I walked into it and the room had not been serviced. Same thing in the 2nd room as there was a sleeping bag on the bed and someone had been using the pillows. The 3rd room, the shower didn't work...and so they had to give me a room without a King size bed but 2 queen beds and the shower looked like it had fungus all over it and I could not close the bathroom door as it had wrought out and it was missing the piece that would go into the door frame to keep the door closed and they had string on the door and a nail in the wall, I guess you closed over the door and used the string to keep it closed.

Had a 2 bed room for 2 occupants and had 1 towel..2 washcloths and 1 hand towel… shower was filthy and the BR door was taped together with black tape.. that didn’t stick so was not together… curtains didn’t close.. the ridge in room tray below freezer was gross… just unreal.. can’t believe EXPEDIA LIST THEM .. the pictures of the rooms are nothing like the rooms … floors a filthy… just gross!! They should refund my money for such a crappy listing!!! I left one day early!!
