"The staff is amazing; they are warm, kind, and extremely helpful. I'm definitely coming back. This hotel is in the best spot for food and temples. The local shops are amazing, and the restaurants around town are to die for. And the weekend markets are awesome. I will truly miss them. Hands down the best place to stay."

"Very nice hotel with amazing staff and facilities. The hotel has character and also has lovely facilities. The hotel is located in Old Town which is very convenient. There are lovely restaurants, coffee shops and massage places within walking distant. The night markets are about 10min walk and 7eleven is 2min walk. Staff were lovely. The tour lady that sits there is helpful too and we booked our excursions through her. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This was the first leg of our Thailand trip and this place really left a great impression, they were the bar of comparison to other hotels we stayed at-and frankly no one beat them. The staff is incredible, easily the best hospitality for the whole trip. The team is wonderful and made our trip to Chiang Mai memorable-we will definitely be coming back!"

"Room was clean but the drains smelt very bad! The hotel did deal with this when mentioned but the smell often came back. Shower curtains in the bathroom weren’t great for keeping the bathroom dry or feeling clean. We didn’t use the laundry service but it was reasonably priced. Breakfast service was quick and very nice."
