I can't say enough about them from the front reception, coffee shop, restaurant and the remaining staff. Superb. Rooms are pretty newly renovated, spacious, with enough lights, a/c, and super clean. Let's hope that people who visit look after them :). Coffee was good and we had a decent breakfast and pretty tasty dinners a couple of nights after being exhausted running around the hot city. Cocktails were also up to par, and even when you say outside they would bring mosquito repellent for you. Very nice beds and linens, great pool, lovely restaurant and incredible staff. It’s a gem in Chiang Mai! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool felt slightly like an amenity that somewhere you could swim (there were no pool loungers). The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help, even offering us a golf cart ride when moving around the neighborhood. The hotel and room decor was absolutely beautiful and we were blown away by the attention to detail. Though breakfast was not included, we were given a generous amount of drink tickets which we could use for various coffees, juices, etc. The restaurant had a varied menu of delicious options.
