Would recommend for anyone travelling to Chiang Mai. Staff ever so accommodating, nothing too small to be dealt with. Breakfast prepared freshly each morning at any time, plus the one evening meal we had on site was again freshly cooked and excellent quality. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help, even offering us a golf cart ride when moving around the neighborhood. The hotel and room decor was absolutely beautiful and we were blown away by the attention to detail. Though breakfast was not included, we were given a generous amount of drink tickets which we could use for various coffees, juices, etc. The restaurant had a varied menu of delicious options. I can't say enough about them from the front reception, coffee shop, restaurant and the remaining staff. Superb. Rooms are pretty newly renovated, spacious, with enough lights, a/c, and super clean. Let's hope that people who visit look after them :). Coffee was good and we had a decent breakfast and pretty tasty dinners a couple of nights after being exhausted running around the hot city. Cocktails were also up to par, and even when you say outside they would bring mosquito repellent for you. Very good service and all staff very polite and attentive. Free golf cart service to anywhere within the old town walls which was an added bonus.
