"Very convenient location! Close to the tube and buses. Some places to eat and drink, and shops nearby. It was not clear to me that this was a flat rental- not a traditional hotel. I did not realize the check-in must be done online to get door codes. I appreciated that they responded to me quickly, got the flat cleaned and ready a bit early so I could leave my luggage and enjoy my time in London."
