"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"Wasn't expecting any parking but found it easy to park in a visitor's bay, after checking with a local resident. Nice to have tea, coffee & biscuits too. Thank you."

"Communication was excellent and access to the property was good. Property was perfect exceptionally clean with lovely decor. Wouldn’t definitely stay again. "
