Quiet Ski House
Such a beautiful house with a very warm fireplace/ wood stove. Enjoyed the quiet walks and some NH skiing at Wildcat Mt. Great house to cook in and we were able to watch any streaming service. If you enjoy reading and listening to nature like my husband then is a perfect house. Hope to return next year!

New Years Get Away
My family spent 4 nights at this charming farmhouse getaway… our goal was to unplug, enjoy some peace with nature and family. All were accomplished! The house is exactly as advertised and the owners have the VRBO process dialed in. We were greeted with a champagne gift and a full rack of wood for use in the wood burning stove. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances are all higher end to cook anything you like. The family room table is a great spot to play family games and the living room with a fire was super relaxing. Our dog loved being able to run around in the woods and the porch and garages made it easy to clean off before coming in the house. Really close to a few local stores and restaurants, but also less than 30 minutes to North Conway to stroll around there and ski. Great hiking in the area as well. Thank you and happy New Year!

Stayed for a nearby wedding.
We all had a great time. Luckily we had beautiful weather. Close to other attrations. Went apple picking and to the Alpine slides. Host was gracious enough to send a pdf file with instructions prior to check in.

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! We were there for a family wedding, so did not get to hang around anywhere near as much as we wanted to, but enjoyed several very relaxing evenings. Comfortable rooms, great kitchen, easy access. Thank you very much!!

Beautiful private home
The property is super private and beautiful at the height of Fall. The house was well kept and felt very comfortable to stay in. Local restaurants are great over in Fryeburg and Cornish. Awesome communication with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and roomy
Lots of room, everything you need in the kitchen, new washer and dryer off kitchen! Lots of room for our three small grandsons to play! Sleeping area is away from living room, great for people retiring early!

The home is well appointed with very comfortable beds. The garage and fire pit are a huge plus. Neighborhood is quite and close to Fryburgh. Owners are very easy to communicate with and reply promptly to any questions.

Lovely house and location
This property really showed the pride of ownership…well maintained and thought out. The house has a dining room where we were all able to have a big family dinner which is such a sweet memory! Also, the beds were hands down the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in renting a property anywhere. We were unfamiliar with the area and I asked for places to go in the water…Branislav said Weston’s Beach and we went and had a GLORIOUS day swimming during Memorial Day. We would love to stay here again, any season!

Cute and private farmhouse
My boyfriend and I stayed at Shepherds River Road for the month of February while we were working remotely. It was an adorable little spot to call home for the month. We loved nights in front of the fire and exploring the surrounding area. The closest large ski mountain was Atttitash and we also did a day trip to Sunday River. We loved exploring the North Conway area along with Fryeburg.

The perfect place to call ‘home’!
This was the perfect spot to call ‘home’ for our holiday week get-away! The house was beautifully decorated (even with holiday touches), comfortable (especially hanging out on the comfy sofa in front of the wood burning stove), and had everything we needed (even a waffle maker)! The location was perfect - we wanted to get away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ and this house was in a peaceful and quiet area, but Still very convenient to winter activities (we enjoyed activities in both the Conway area and in Maine). The hosts were very responsive to my questions and gave us wonderful suggestions on activities and restaurants in the area. Our family thoroughly enjoyed calling this our ‘home’ and hope to make it back again!

Our son got married in Brownsfeild, Maine My husband and I rented this property so that our family and friends could be together and not worry about driving! Such a beautiful home! Lots of space and Very clean! All we had to bring was our groceries!

Relaxation in Maine
We came as a family to Maine to enjoy the food and escape to peace and quiet. The owners were VERY responses to all the questions I asked , as this was our first time using VRBO. The property was very clean and relaxing. There was space for us together and space to spread out. Everything was in the house that we needed, including laundry. The king size bed was a plus as most do not have a king size bed. When we return to Maine, we plan to come back to this property. The views surrounding us were wonderful and serene.

Great winter hiking!
The house is on a quiet street and within a five minute drive from a number of year round hiking trails. We really enjoyed winter hiking and snowshoeing. One can snowshoe right out of the backyard. The owners are very friendly, easy to communicate with and helpful. The house is clean, cozy, spacious and has all necessary supplies and more. We are looking forward to checking it out in the fall.

Snowmobile trip
We stayed here for an adult getaway. The house was great, fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for three couples. We ate in every night, the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful fall family weekend getaway!
We instantly fell in love with the farmhouse! Incredibly cozy and charming. The house was perfect for a weekend away to enjoy the fall foliage in the White Mountains. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of the owners who clearly went out of their way to make us feel at home and were incredibly responsive with communication.

Beautiful farmhouse, warm and welcoming, a great place for friends and family to gather!
The farmhouse feels like a home away from home - country cottage decor was beautiful, warm and welcoming. We had lazy breakfasts and wonderful dinners in the farmhouse dining room - a great table for card games and long conversations! The September nights were cool and we used both the fire in the living room and the fire pit outdoors. Loved the Adirondack chairs. Lots of room for our two families (7 adults and a dog) to gather - the farmhouse was clean, well equipped and the owners were very helpful and responded immediately when we had a question! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely return!

An Appreciated Respite
Branislav and Jennifer have done a wonderful job making their home comfortable and welcoming. Even though it was a warmer week and there is no AC, we had no problems keeping the house comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need from appliances to pots and pans, multiple sets of dishes. We enjoyed relaxing by the firepit, in the 3-season room, and on the front porch. It's far enough outside of town, stargazing was possible. This house is ideally situated to cruise the Saco River either by canoe, kayak, or tube. We relaxed in the low water by the Brownfield Bridge and at Burnt Meadow Pond. We did a nice day trip up to Grafton Notch, west to Littleton, NH to enjoy Schillings Brewery and then back across Kancamagus Pass to the house. Branislav was quick to respond to any inquiries and provided great recommendations for food and activities. Overall, it was a great week.

Beautiful house in the woods
My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this farmhouse. Our favorite spot was the Sun Room with large windows that had a view of the green backyard and the forest ahead. The space had a vintage feel and the bedrooms were beautifully designed and comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway!

We had such a wonderful time in this home. It was so cozy and had everything a family would need (2 families!). We stayed with another family and it was perfect as the parents each had their own room and the kids stayed together in the other. The owners were very responsive and so nice! The six of us very much enjoyed Shepherds Farmhouse. We barely left the house except to take strolls up and down the quiet road. The house was plenty spacious. It was spotless, warm and welcoming and it had everything we needed. Thank you, Branislav!

Adventurous Family Wedding Week
Overall, everything that the property was promoted to be held true. We were very pleased with our stay and the communication of our host, The Juric Family. Beautiful luxurious charming home away from home
We were so lucky to stay at Branislav and Jennifer’s home for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed every minute. The check in and out process was probably the easiest of any home I’ve rented. Owner is super responsive and nice. The home is very spacious, absolutely gorgeous hard wood floors through out and decorated in a style of the period the home is from very tastefully. We fell in love with the house and didn’t want to leave. Everything you could want or need is on site. Ample dining areas, great outdoor seating, kitchen is very nice and easy to maneuver. Outdoor screened in porch that was lovely to sit out on in the morning having coffee. Can’t rave enough and we hope to come back!

The farmhouse is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for groups with adults and children.
We had a wonderful stay with easy check in process and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were ideally set up the beds comfortable. The location was ideal for getting into town, beach, or any of the lakes. We had a mix of children and adults and all were able to have own space to relax and play.

Impeccably restored historical home - character with every modern amenity!
The Jurics are incredibly easy going and accommodating, they truly made our stay stress-free (even when we had to stay an extra evening as our work required). The home is very tastefully and minimally decorated, with plenty of space for all of our belongings. The beds and linens are incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms spacious. Even in February, they provided a full propane tank so we could use their grill. The kitchen is also very well stocked with cookware and servingware. Stunning home with plenty of privacy. We look forward to returning again soon!!

Beautiful house that lived up to the pictures and more
A group of us rented this house for a long weekend. The house was absolutely beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. The owners definitely thought ahead in regards to leaving toys/games/pack n play, which was very helpful for our group as one couple had a baby with them. The dining room was perfect for large meals and playing board games. The house was fully stocked in regards to glasses, plates, etc - if you are planning to cook very large meals, I would bring some of your own tools (we were making lasagna and there weren't any baking pans or collandar to drain the pasta) but for the most part, you don't need to bring anything. Overall had a great time at the home. Despite some issues with the driveway being snowy and icey due to a storm the night before, we would definitely return. The owners were very helpful and apologetic and sent over someone to sand the driveway. This is their first winter renting the house out so it's a learning curve and they were extremely responsive. Would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

Wonderful Christmas with Family
Charming country setting with all the comforts of home. Near outlets and ski areas but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We arrived Christmas Day to find holiday decorations, supply of firewood for stove, complimentary champagne and gifts for our dog. Attention to details and upscale furnishings made for a warm and enjoyable stay. Communication with owners was outstanding. They went out of their way to make this a wonderful family Christmas. Full service kitchen, beautiful dining room, Netflix, comfortable beds, and plenty of room to hangout near the fire. Just what we were hoping for...and more! Thank you Branislav and family.
