"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. "The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The setting is rural and quiet, and the large deck on the back of the house is a wonderful gathering space for family and friends. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed, and the decor throughout the house was pleasing."

"The house on the lake was a perfect fit for our family who was in town for a wedding. There were plenty of beds for the 10 of us (ranging in age from 3-55!). Karen provided everything we could possibly need, a fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, towels, etc. She was so generous providing water, gatorade, and freezie pops for the kiddos and firewood for a campfire. "Cottage was so fun! Loved knowing how old it was! We were 8 people, which was lots for 1bath, but it all went well. Fire pit was a gold star, plus the wood provided. Well equipped kitchen and no shortage of chairs for all of us. Would have liked at least one full length mirror, but no big deal. Had a blast! Thanks, Erik for your hosting and generosity. "The house was perfect for our family. We had 3 adults fro Florida, 2 adults from Iowa, and 3 adults Ana a 7 year old grandson. The 4 bedrooms were laid out perfectly for us. The whole house was great and a dining table to sit 8+ for a meal. Kitchen was very equipped and met all our needs. The patio was also very nice. The only negative was the fishing was not good for the days we were here. This was our third trip here and hope to return next year."

"Nice condo in a small develoment on the water, close proximity to Chautauqua Institution. Kitchen had nice supply of dishes, pots and pans, and a variety of spices and a few condiments which was very helpful. Beds were comfortable with decent bedding. Relatively clean. While there are beds to accommodate 8 people, the gathering spaces are really meant for 6 - there are 6 chairs for the dining table, 6 chairs for the patio furniture, and there is one couch and two arm chairs in the living room....

"Cozy, clean, and centrally located to Erie, PA, Niagara Falls, NY and Lake Erie Shoreline. Kyle the host was very accommodating and a nice person. The area in very quaint, people are kind and the Lake Erie beaches are very close for sunning, swimming, kayaking, fishing, and boating. The lodge was very well supplied and the layout is very nice.
