It is furnished with antiques with a nautical theme and located 1/2 mile from the Westfield thruway exit adjacent to small woods and a path that leads to Chautauqua Creek. The beach is a 5 minute walk straight down Main Street. Kitchen, pull-out couch, good bathroom. It was very comfortable. The location is also very good and was very easy to find. Kyle was quick to respond to my questions and was very easy to work with. We booked this for the eclipse very far out in advance (16 months) and there was never any issue. I recommend this property and Kyle whole-heartedly. It was very clean and had everything needed to make the stay easy and enjoyable. Great little community to walk around and easy access to Lake Erie for walks as well. There were a couple good restaurants within walking distance. Groceries, CVS and more restaurants were just a short drive away. We also drove to a couple of nearby parks and trails for hiking. We had a great time and having a nice, quiet place to stay made it even better. ##### Barb G. We had a 60th Anniversary Party just down the road and this was a perfect retreat when the crowd got to be too much. The hike down to Chatauqua Creek was a nice touch, as was the ability to easily walk to the beach for early morning solitude. All was clean and perfect - and we used the fire pit, too.
