Great for a night stop.
Very nice hotel, handily placed for a night stop before a short 1 hr 20 drive to Bilbao for the ferry. Doggy friendly and a good dinner in the restaurant. Staff were all very nice.

Super hotel
Easy to find, impressive place, parking outside, felt safe. Great staff, very helpful. Brilliant room. Safe included, mini bar, very clean and modern. Fantastic breakfast. Would return.

Clean, Welcoming & Convenient.
The title almost explains everything I felt about my stay here however the ONLY negative was the almost impossible dirt track road to actually find the hotel off the roundabout! Once I finally got to the doors, staff were welcoming, the room everything required and breakfast very pleasant.

Mixed opinion. Would I stay again? Probably not.
Location perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Bilbao port. Staff pleasant enough. Annoying though that we were not offered the menu del dia menu that the Spanish were offered in the restaurant for evening meal. Room clean, however there was a very unpleasant smell. Septic tank maybe? Breakfast very good.

Handy Hotel on the way to Bilbao
Was a nice hotel and very clean, quiet despite the proximity to the motorway and we couldn't hear anything from our room. 2 things that weren't good about a 4 star hotel were that the restaurant was closed on mondays, we didn't know this when we booked and after a 7 hr 440 mile drive I expected to be able to eat in the restaurant and so we had to drive into town and find somewhere acceptable and there wasn't anywhere nice that didn't open before 9pm. The breakfast wasn't good enough, just a small selection of cold food and the coffee wasn't even warm and we had to ask for a fresh cup to be made(we turned up at 7.30am as breakfast started at 7am and so no doubt the coffee was made earlier and nobody thought to re-make a pot after even 30 minutes. I wouldn't stay again here but if the restaurant and breakfast aren't important then its absolutely fine. I would say its more a 3 star than a 4 star because of the above comments.

The location was not as convenient as I expected. It was our of the town although the area and countryside was well documented in the local brochure.

Nice well modernised hotel
We seemed to be rattling around in the place as there were not many other guests. Staff were very helpful if a little straight-faced.

good for a stop over
stopped off on way to ferry. The hotel was full with a coach trip so we were given room 13 next to reception and lifts. It was very noisy! The town of Brieviesca although buzzing at 7.30 pm had no open restaurants but plenty of bars so we had to eat at the Hotel which was very nice but a little pricey. Breakfast was the usual continental buffet with good coffee. The receptionists we spoke to both spoke excellent English which was nice.

We stopped over to break a nine hour drive. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and we had a good nights sleep before continuing our long journey. The only thing I can say against it was that it had no tea making facilities, but the receptionist very kindly filled our flasks for us. Would definitely recommend

A great find.
A great hotel if you're travelling and don't need to stop in Burgos. It's off the main road so nice and quiet, the rooms are spacious and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

A hidden gem
We booked this hotel on the move using the mobile app, a quick look at the reviews showed us we were on to a good thing. We were both blown away by the quality and service of the hotel, and the price was amazing. Cut off by the new road, it takes a little working out how to get to it, follow the well posted signs and your ok.

good for our purpose
Although it was tricky to find because of road construction, it was a great place to stay overnight for us. The receptionest and waitress went out of their way to accomodate us. The morning we left, we missed beakfast, but were served anyways at no charge. We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself.

A very basic hotel, nothing special. Hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays; the town right across the way is nothing notable and not really worth a visit. Had to drive all the way to Burgos just for a meal

convenient location for ongoing travel
we have used this hotel before and apart from the fact that the kitchen is closed on monday nights (when we stayed) it is ideal for breaking our journey onward to Bilbao, is easily accessed off the motorway and provides clean, comfortable and inexpensive accommodation

Most annoyed to find we could not book for dinner as the hotel was busy with communions . There were only 4 of us and yet they could not come up with any food for us . We had to take a taxi into town to have our evening meal . We should have been advised at the time of booking that we would need to make other arrangements .

El Valles
We arrived at this hotel on a Sunday evening after a long drive from Marbella. The hotel is well situated just a few hundred yards off the motorway and is a very good hotel. The reception was manned by two young ladies who were very helpful. The restaurant did not open until 8.30pm which was too late for us to eat so one of the ladies offered to make us some club sandwiches which helped stave off the hunger pains! I would certainly recommend this hotel but I would suggest to anyone travelling in France or Spain - do not expect to get fed at a reasonable time, or at all, on a Sunday!

Soirée étape
Soirée étape d’une nuit, l’hôtel est bien situé à proximité de l’autoroute, sans gêne pour le bruit car bien isolé. Nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le personnel souriant et à l’écoute, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Nous avons également testé le restaurant la cuisine est bonne et les serveurs au petit soins. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
