The staff were very friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff, who were great, welcoming, and very attentive. Breakfast options were somewhat limited, but still decent. "Hotel was comfortable, safe, and they had onsite driver accommodations (apparently a thing in Sri Lanka). We didn't get to stay here long enough, and there was a festival that made the streets incredibly crowded.
