"The property was first class, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for us and we used it as a base for trips to hurst castle, IOW etc. We had a small issue with the heating which Emma was able to resolve almost immediately without any fuss. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the new forest!"

"Contacted Christine the owner of the Auction House on Sunday 2nd June and had an immediate response saying the property was available that day for the week. On arrival ( just 4 hrs later) the house was spotless, beautifully furnished and kitchen well equipped. Bed super comfy. Lovely bed linen. Thank you Christine we had a lovely time. Deb and Martin."

"Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect"
