"We asked for a walk in shower but they gave us a room for a disabled couple. I am 5ft 3" and struggled with the sink etc. My husband is 5ft 10" and found it impossible due to it's low height. There was knowhere to put anything around the sink! We asked to change rooms but were told they were full for our 3 days there. Not what we expected! Next time we will ask for a shower not over a bath."

"We had a great stay at the hotel including the buffet breakfast which was wonderful. Only part that we thought stood out was WiFi which was a limited one, with no option to connect to the TV nor to cast from our mobile devices. Our kid had to make do with whatever TV channels were available.""

I was surprised that when I arrived I was charged an additional £5 for parking, unlike the time before but I cant remember in what way I booked the room previously! access is fine as long as you use the motorway access but possibly inconvenient if going Brighouse way but there is access the the local road system via an access point behind the lorry park if wanting to head Brighouse / huddersfield way"
