Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is before 11am. Leave the place in the same condition as you received it. Bag up all trash/garbage place bags in the bins in the driveway.
Used Bed linens should be bunched up left on the bed, used towels in bathroom.
Before departure please look around let us know if you found any issues, something odd, broken, or simply needs improvement, which will allow us time to address it during housekeeping. Thank you

Cozy Little Spot

Has everything for a comfortable stay and is in walking distance of downtown Bridgton. Host made sure to offer anything if needed. Much better than a typical hotel room!
