"Positive- staff friendly, great location for restaurants, bars, shops & principality stadium. Comfortable bed & clean bedding/towels. Negatives - Room was not as expected going by photos online. Very cheap & old furniture, in need of refurbishing, especially the bathroom. We were disappointed when we entered the room."

"Arrived to a very warm welcome by the reception staff, explained about the use of the fitness facilities and the restaurant. Food was good, highly recommend the pork tomahawk. Room excellent with all the facilities that I needed. "
