"The staffs were extremely good and the cleaning staff was prompt and helpful. Kudos to the team there. Though one of the staffs at the restaurant and bar was rude and not at all friendly."

"Great location for an easy walking distance to Cardiff Bay restaurants shops and entertainment. Rooms modern and beds comfortable. The staff were very courteous and helpful and the buffet breakfast excellent. Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room but otherwise well equipped. Lots of car parking outside. Found the electronic door lock cards to be a bit temperamental but reception quickly reprogrammed them to resolve the issues."

"We stayed for 3 nights. Our room overlooked the marina which was lovely. The room was clean and beds comfortable. We did not eat in the hotel so can’t comment on that. Right on the beach and within walking distance of bus station and shops. A trip to The Mumbles is recommended."
