The house was not cleaned prior our arrival. After request they did a quickly cleaning without mopping or cleaning the surfaces. We cleaned by ourself. If you travel with 2 cars (6 persons) - there is only one parking lot with the house, and no information regarding parking options. Payed parking lot (30 per day) is outside of the housing park. The neighbourhood is sometimes quite noisy, for example on the middle Sunday of our stay there was a full day live music at the next trailer park - kind of a belgian Elvis imitator who was singing from 10:00 - 19:30, which drove us crazy as you could hear it even in the house… preassure of the warm water is not sufficient, therefore you can only shower with little water or completely cold with pressure. Showering in first floor is not possible, as there is no shower mounting, shower curtain and even less pressure on the warm water. I would recommend bringing your own frying pans and sharp knives, as the anti stick surface of the pans is heavily scratched. The house layout is nice, but I would not recommend sleeping in the first floor for persons with disabilities as the stairs are extremely steep and small. ##### Mark S. Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort, am ersten und zweiten Tag ist die Heizung noch warm geworden, aber die letzten drei Tage blieb sie kalt. 21 grad abends auf dem Sofa ist recht unangenehm und morgens beim Frühstück ebenfalls. Hallo!Bei der Ankunft waren die Polster mit Hunde oder Katzenhaare bedeckt,die Dehnungsfugen an fast allen Wänden waren aufgeplatz.Es gab weder ein Kehrblech noch Handfeger oder einen Abzieher für die Dusche.Zwei Deutsche TV Kanäle sind im Jahr 2022 auch nicht der Hammer.Für einen zusätzlichen Parkplatz wollte man die doppelte Gebühr wie für den öffentlichen vor dem Grundstück.Einen Tisch in einem Belgischen Lokal zu reservieren ist in Bredene zu unserem Zeitpunkt nicht möglich gewesen, wir sind dann nach De Haan gefahren und haben dort ohne Problem einen Tisch bekommen.Den Coupon mit 125€ können sie sich sparen.Wir waren schon vor über 40 Jahren in Bredene aber das was uns diesmal geboten wurde,sprengt alle Ketten bei diesem Mietpreis. ##### Jürgen W. Als wir angereist sind und in unser Ferienhaus gekommen sind, haben wir als erstes festgestellt, dass eine Steckdose aus der Wand im Wohnzimmer hing (Gefahr für Hund und Kind). Zudem haben wir noch festgestellt, dass überall in den Ecken Spinnweben sind. Hier waren wir das erste mal an der Rezeption. Die Steckdose wurde einen Tag später richtig montiert, die Spinnweben mussten wir selber entfernen. Desweiteren schauen wir auf eine Großbaustelle mit Schutt. Lärm ist in den Morgenstunden durch Baggerarbeiten zu hören. Als wir duschen gehen wollten, floss das Wasser nicht ab, hier waren der Abfluss durch jede Menge Haare verstopft. Hier sind wir zum zweiten Mal zur Rezeption, ein Handwerker kam zeitnah. Als wir uns am Abend auf die Couch setzen wollten, mussten wir feststellen, dass einer der vorherigen Mieter seinen Hund oder Kind auf die Couch gepinkelt haben lassen mussten, da hier ein unangenehmer Uringeruch entgegen kam. Hier haben wir erstmal selber mit Febreze versucht den Gestank los zu werden, leider ohne Erfolg, selbst die Decken die wir auf die Couch gelegt haben, nehmen nach kurzer Zeit den Uringeruch an. Hier ist bisher nichts weiter erfolgt. Desweiteren ist der Staubsaugerbeutel seit Tag eins voll, nach Rückfrage nach einem Beutel wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dieser bald ins Haus gelegt wird, bedeutet für uns, dass wir bis der Staubsaugerbeutel nicht da ist, ans Haus gebunden sind, da wir einen Hund haben, der auch alleine bleibt. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet. Aber mit den Mängeln, Sauberkeit und der Aussicht auf die Baustelle ist aktuell das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt gewesen. Und hat es ziemlich enttäuscht, dass bei einem „neuen“ Park bereits in den Häusern solche Mängel nicht vor Neueinzug eines Gastes behoben werden und ordentlich gesäubert wird. Das kenne wir aus anderen Ferienparks nicht! ##### Maren W.
