Good one night stay in Charleroi

Hotel is well situated next to a shopping centre in the best part of Charleroi. Comfortable hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Good sized room - only drawback being that bathroom facilities are in bedroom (basin is open-plan & would have preferred more privacy). We enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant and breakfast was plentiful.

Comfortable hotel

Very short stay, so it fitted our needs. Room was very hot though. There was air conditioning, but it was too noisy to leave on.

Hotel fine, be careful of address if not driving!

Hotel was good, the only problem was that the postal address on the automated correspondence was an underground car park without pedestrian access. Trying to arrive on foot from the railway station proved to be difficult and confusing!

Great hotel

Great hotel we moved on the last night to a room with a bath thank you to the manager for arranging this. Rooms very comfortable stains in the corridor carpets should be addressed and the seating in the bedrooms also need stream cleaned

Had a fantastic stay in Novotel Charleroi, bright and spacious rooms with great showers. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue I had was the speed of check in with only one member of staff working and a queue of 6/7 guests, not a big issue overall. Fantastic stay.

Helpful front desk. Nothing open to eat on Belgium national day. Nice room marred by hard bed and unusual pillows. Well placed for centre and rail stations.

The room was spacious and well laid out, breakfast was very good, I enjoyed boiling my own eggs. The staff were helpful. Parking was easy.

L'équipe de cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! De l'accueil au bar en passant par le petit-déjeuner, chaque membre du staff est aux petits soins pour les clients ! Les chambres sont ultra propres, modernes et bien équipées. Localisation parfaite au coeur de la ville. Petit-déjeuner parfait (en salle comme en chambre). Agréable bar avec un joli toit terrasse.
