Only disappointed was the noise from the construction taking place next to the hotel. This started at 7am and was quite disruptive. Did not know about the building works before we travelled. However, this would not have put us off as the hotel was lovely and very conveniently located

Lovely and accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. While the view from our room was amazing (over canal) the room was a bit small and dated.
