"We had a pleasant 2 night stay at the hotel. It's very dated but the room was clean and the beds were very comfy."

"I didn't use parking because I came by train. Breakfast is ok but room cleaning bad. It's proper cleans room, chocolate rappers and peanuts mess already on floor when I entered in room first day after check in. I complained to reception but lady was standing this time, she said sorry and nothing else. She had to change my room or can refund 20% discount but she didn't."

"Rooms are spacious, its very clean, a great location for the co op areana and etihad - 5 mins in an uber. Nice bar area (i felt for the bar staff when everyone got back and wanted drinks) staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection and we'll stay again if up for a gig."

"Room lovely- first time I’ve been away and not missed my own bed. Breakfast was gorgeous. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only concern was while sat in the bar area a woman was training staff (Middle aged woman with a german(?) accent) and started berating a staff member loudly in front of customers in the bar/ queuing for check-in - this was very unprofessional- and the staff member she was berating was a lovely, helpful lad."

"This is our 2nd time at this hotel & this time we asked for a room on the top floor as the lower floor twin rooms have a view of the pool /gym metal roof . Im pleased to say the room was newly decorated and was beautiful with a really good view . Parking is charged at £5 which is a shame its not included. breakfast is £12.50 if booked in advance but we ate at the pub next door £7.99 Ive tried both places for breakfast and can confirm that the hotel one is better despite being more expensive."
