"Cosy, clean and comfortable flat in a great location for walks and touring. Beautifully decorated with a seaside theme and with everything you need for a lovely break!"

"What a beautiful cottage! We had a wonderful week. We had a small issue, which Mark bent over backwards to help sort out. It felt like home and we loved it. A great base for exploring the north coast, the community shop was a godsend. Highly recommended."

"The cottage is a bit tired but well equiped, clean and comfortable. The instructions to find the key were terrible! it says get them from a key safe padlocked to the front railings at the front of the house and they were at the back, attached to the house. "We had an excellent stay at Berkeley cottage. The location was perfect for getting into town very quickly, but was also very quiet during the night. Log burner made it very cosy and will be looking to return back soon!"

"A lovely place with amenities close by. We had a relaxing holiday."

"Beautiful cottage set in a small beautiful village with very freindly locals."

"We had a lovely long weekend. 3 generation family get together. Location is wonderful for country walks. House well equipped and comfortable. Short drive to some lovely towns. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back"

"All round very good experience"

"the dogs loved it, and it was relaxing brake for the humans"

"A comfortable clean compact cottage in an incredible location close to Hartland Quay and Hartland Point, the only minor issue being the sharp entry and exit to and from the drive. The cottage being upside down with the living area on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is well equipped kitchen wise and an enormous double bed and dog friendly.Overall a very pleasant comfortable and welcoming cottage."

"We loved it, dogs loved it , garden could be a bit more secure though, but we just stayed out with them. Lovely views and some gorgeous beaches not to far away in the car. Everything you need is there, but a bread knife, was a bit hard to cut an unsliced loaf 🤣"

"A beautiful little cottage, modern and very clean. Lovely decor and very pet friendly. The owners could not have been friendlier, such a nice helpful couple. Plenty of places to visit within a short distance. For a dog friendly beach, it has to be beautiful Summerleaze in Bude, with it's beach Lido, there's also a beautiful walk along the canal. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage."

"Lovely location and accommodation was clean and had everything we needed for 3 of us."
