  • Introducing OCEANSIDE by CROYDEHOLIDAYS - A modern, attractive and spacious retreat in Croyde, tucked away from the hustle and bustle but within 10min walking distance to Croyde beach and village centre with a variety of well-known pubs such as 'The Thatch', shops and eateries. Oceanside is a well-equipped property with a good standard of furnishings. This three bed property also has the benefit of an enclosed rear garden to relax in at the end of a day exploring the North Devon coastline.


    PROPERTY:
    Lounge diner with a pale blue two seater sofa and matching arm chairs, skandi coffee table, LCD flat screen TV with Sky and Netflix. A dining table is nestled to one end with seating for six. French doors lead out onto the rear enclosed garden with a patio terrace.

    The kitchen has a hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you would require with a door and steps leading out to the rear garden.

    Downstairs shower room with a W.C, washbasin and shower enclosure.

    1ST FLOOR
    • Master bedroom- Kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wall mounted mirror and hanging rail.
    • Bedroom two - Twin beds, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
    • Bedroom three - Small bunk beds ONLY suitable for under 5ft 4''
    The family bathroom comprises of a bath with shower over, washbasin and W.C.

    OUTSIDE SPACE:
    Garden furniture and coal BBQ is provided, Fully enclosed rear garden which is partly laid to lawn, there is a rear terrace patio and a garage which is accessible via the rear with secure storage for surfboards, wetsuits or bikes.

    • We would respectfully ask that your dog is not permitted on furniture, in bedrooms, left unattended nor to cause a disturbance to neighbours.

We thought the property was in need of a lot of maintenance to bring it up to anything like worth the money we didn't enjoy staying there and especially when we stripped the beds on departing.The mattresses were disgusting and wanted to be thrown away and replaced as they were so worn and brown with use!! The property should be advertised as not good for dogs or small children as the steps especially at the rear were so steep to get up and down we had to lift our elderly dog every time he needed to go out.The washing machine was leaking and smelling underneath the stairs and generally the whole house and part of the garage that could be used was very untidy and unkept.Nobody had mowed the grass or looked after the garden for a long time.
