"I would like My room clean and tidy when I return from where I’m going out to Norwich, I would like my room tidy when I get back and the bathroom clean and I believe that The Hotel needs a reverb and new carpets and new bathroom suites apart from that the staff are amazing. I couldn’t fault him at all the food was fantastic and the staff are very friendly."

"Staff were lovely from the check in to check out, and in the restaurant. We used the pool which was great. Only criticism is that the gave most of the pool to lane swimming with only a few people using that area and packed in around 15-20 people in one third of the pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Breakfast had a good choice and was kept tidy and filled."
