As usual, a great stay, had cosy room which is relatively small but cheaper and good enough for a business trip. staff excellent, breakfast good. Only minus is £15 to park overnight seems expensive.

Beautiful hotel, recently renovated which means they have state of the showers, beautiful throws and proper duvets, spotless white gorgeous bedding, fantastic decor throughout the hotel. The hotel is easy accessible via the eighth floor of the adjoining car park, which takes you straight into the hotel reception. The hotel is very clean and stylish, however we wasn’t aware that it was very high up. We was on the 16th floor and my son was very scared to look out of the bedroom window or go into the lift. Dinner/breakfast was also on floor 20. I would say if you like lovely views and heights book this hotel. Grace on reception was amazing she could see how stressed my son was and...

Great initial welcome from Mike, backed up by some wonderful idiosyncratic features that uplifted the stay. Complimentary Sipsmiths Sloe Gin in the room, choice of two single malt whiskies (also complimentary) and freshly brewed coffee at the refreshments station were unexpected and warmly enjoyed! Restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and food preparation and presentation were excellent. The breakfast of blueberry pancakes were the prettiest presentation we've ever seen.
