Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight."

"We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did; we loved everything about Tulip Tree Cottage! We were warmly greeted and access to the property was quick and easy. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking. The private patio was a delight and the very large garden and wooded area were wonderful. In the evenings we took a glass of wine to the bench...

Lovely, clean 2 bed semi-detached house with new bathroom with large walk in shower, great combined kitchen and lounge space and off road parking in driveway. First class."

"We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return."

"The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"Perfect location to main street (mall) of Canterbury only being maybe 10 minute or less walk. Well stocked to cater for guests including books for light reading. Heating system was very effective. Garden patio with table and chairs in front and back were appreciated on the fine, sunny days. Booklet of general town information and instructions for the heating system and tv etc kept us well informed. Check in information was easy to follow. Initial communication on booking was also easy to...

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

"We had a great Easter holiday at the place. The Lodge was lovely, nice and tidy and perfect for our family. The rest of the place was great, with lots of things for adults and kids to do. There's great long walks by the sea that are just down the road, as well as some good pubs with great food."
