The room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Net curtains shabby, torn and heavy curtains were hanging off curtain rail in places. Staircase carpet dirty. Reception and waiting staff were helpful and professional. Dinner was lovely but breakfast disappointing. Breakfast is served until 9.30am. Came down at 9am and hardly any hot food left, not replenish!

Struggled to find anywhere in the vicinity. I have used a Brit Hotel before which appeared to be an old Confort Hotel. This is directly opposite the Notre Dame church. Easy walking to the city centre. It’s 2* so it’s not a Mercury or Novotel but it was clean and convenient. Price was good.

Staff were great, there's free parking and the room was clean and had air conditioning. A bit further out of Lille but close to the metro and the newly developed Gare Saint Saveur.

Hotel is in a good location, the area is quiet and surrounded by woodland. Good clean swimming pool. We didn’t meet many staff, those we did were helpful. The barman would sell more drinks if he was cheerful rather than just doing his job. We had a large room with a balcony, (there was a teacup left on it). Separate toilet and shower room which is a little unusual nowadays. Not the best shower, but ok, a little bit of black mould on the sealant. Plenty of free parking. We would stay there again.
