"This was a lovely quirky hotel, very near to the old town of boulogne and places to eat. The rooms were smallish, but comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and was beautifully set out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful."

The hotel did not have any proper air conditioning - simply a plug in unit that was not adequate to comba t what were admittedly rare extremes of heat. Consequently we had very little sleep in the very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good but our lasting memory will surely be the hostess, who greeted us and looked after us throughout our stay - from helping to carry our luggage, caring for my friend with mobility issues, and generally being a perfect hostess. She is a credit to the establishment and deserves this recommendation. "
